西贡的海鲜

在越南吃海鲜真的是鲜,开胃菜通常一定是越式炸春卷,但这次大餐不同一般,厨师首先拿来了大龙虾,直接用一根竹管插入虾头,本地人说的"龙虾血"直接顺着竹管流入一个杯中,白色的虾血和当地的米酒混在一起,直接上桌痛饮,不过要求食客有些胆量。龙虾肉全部是烧烤,味道自不必说,虾头和虾须里剩余的零碎则和一些贝类海鲜煮成龙虾粥,这个鲜啊。
二道海鲜是半只花蟹,完全是清水煮的,不用任何佐料,蟹肉饱满而略有甜味。
三道是眉公河的大头虾,这个虾有小的龙虾那么大,肉质饱满,烧烤而成,佐以柠檬叶,个人觉得比龙虾还好吃。
最后是条不知名的海鱼,清蒸的,非常新鲜,不过前面海鲜太多了,到了这条鱼到没啥味道了。
总之这是我吃的最好的海鲜了,在越南至少还不必担心吃到什么地沟油之类。
