人,事和费

管理的实质简而言之就是“人,事,费”。
人就是要有合适的人,既有做的能力,又有做的动力,管理者的目标就是如何首先去发现合适的人,收编后再如何去开发和激励,用来保证人的每一天都是和老板或组织意愿吻合的一天。
事就是组织要完成的东西,做事的根本在于能取的客户的回报,所以老板要确定每个人都是做重要的事,有回报的事。
费就是花出去的钱,组织的目的是花出去每一块都能带来收益,而且要确保收益会大于花费,不是简单的节俭,也不是啥好买啥。
人,事和费三者交织在每天的工作里,要搞的清清楚楚,明明白白本身就不容易,偏偏还有另外两个不可忽略的维度–时间和地域,所以串起来说老板的艺术就是“能让正确的人在正确的时间和恰当的地点以合理的花费做对正确的事”。
