什么是好的IT solution

昨天提了个问题，什么是所谓：好的IT solution。得到的回答是，今天会做brain storm的workshop。可是我觉得结果都是说一些大话，不是measurable的标准。失望。

今天的workshop中，就得到两个information。Manager could be trained but not leader。另一个是，IT service satisfactory 调查。挺有意思的，可以做一下。曾经收到过Finance AP 发来的调查表。基本上，我还是给了平均以上的分数的。
