曼谷会议

泰国是个有趣的地方,印度文化,中国文化和穆斯林等等在这里交织在一起却没有产生激烈的碰撞,可能和佛教之国有关,一切都被和谐掉了。
这里的人好像也比较容易满足,其实在大街小巷走的时候发觉他们的居住条件其实不见的比我们国内高多少,但是当地人却很自豪的告诉我他们65%都是中产阶级,我就问他中产的平均收入是多少,得到的答案是~16000到~20000泰铢一个月,也就是3000到5000人民币,但是在中国即便有此收入的人,或者收入比这高的多的人也不敢承认是中产阶层了。
泰国会议的议题就是“紧缩银根”,几个过了数十年好日子的德国人还没理解金融风暴带来的冲击,浑浑噩噩的,被大老板狠狠的抽了几下。
这次终于也见识了日本人的团结,日本分公司的老领导,情愿自己降40%的工资也不愿意砍人,不过大老板认为让表现不好的人下岗更好,觉得这么大幅度的砍薪会降低积极性,但是老领导一直强调团队,强调绑在一起,说着说着眼里都有泪花了,非常时期,东西文化的碰撞也异常的激烈。
