君子远庖厨2:红烧带鱼

这是烧成功的一次带鱼。将带鱼洗净,切段。锅里放油,将带鱼放入锅中煎。其中翻过一次身。然后放料酒,3枚大蒜。再放清水,浅浅的抹过带鱼。随后中火放酱油,糖,鸡精。酱油多少看个人喜好。中火收汁后,放些葱段,好看一些。
失败经验:千万记得收汁的时候要中火。另外不要放太多酱油。有一次,某条虫说不够红,结果又放了点酱油。并且错用大火,使得带鱼粘了锅底。。。还有烧的时候不要去翻它。否则就是一锅带鱼肉,而不是带鱼块了。最后,个人认为大蒜和料酒已经够去腥味了。不用再放生姜。
