偶的春节–君子远庖厨

春节一大主题就是吃。这是偶做的香菇肉饼子。将肉馅解冻，放料酒、鸡蛋、作料、姜末、酱油拌好；香菇去蒂，抹点淀粉，放入肉馅；点缀以葱花、胡萝卜、叉烧、豆腐干。放在锅子里，隔水蒸。当肉馅变白是就能吃啦。
