新年了,先给大家送份礼–“六顶思考帽”的概念。人的一生总是在选择中度过,所以在选择之前作个合理的逻辑的分析很重要。这个“六顶思考帽”的概念就是让大家在分析问题的时候尝试着带不同种的帽子然后往不同的方向想,别一条路走到死或混淆思维。
用法很简单,首先是蓝帽子,带上蓝帽子时想做决定或解决问题的key是什么?这个key合不合理?
然后是换白帽子,这时只考虑对这个决定或问题的事实依据和数据。
然后换红帽子,跟着感觉走,考虑对这个决定或问题的emotional和本能预见的部分。
再换黑帽子,这时考虑所有和这个决定或问题的negative的部分。
然后换黄帽子,这时考虑所有和这个决定或问题的positive的部分。
再来顶绿帽子(别想歪了),这时考虑对这个问题或决定的有可能的创造性的建议或思维。
最后再回到蓝帽子,重新整理一下我们尝试所有帽子时得出的结果,再次考虑一下相关的key,最后作出决定。
